Rick and I were tasked to take up some sessions for Perak's EOTC this year, which was held in Wesley Methodist Church Ipoh. Normally, we would encourage the State to organise it themselves... EOTC isn't hard after all. But for this case I made an exception as there were two potential new Companies in Ipoh - one in Wesley Methodist School Ipoh and the other based in SMK Menglembu. Potential-Officers (instructors/helpers) and Officers from 4th Kampar and 1st Ipoh were present as well. Seeing these new Companies pop up is probably the thing I love best about my job. I just hope and pray that they will flourish to become something great and significant in the lives of the Boys. God willing, it will!
